Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your jewelry, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accompanying certification.

Custom-made, personalized, or engraved pieces are non-refundable unless faulty or defective.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. For international returns, Yatkovski Jewelry may arrange the return shipment through its designated courier. The cost of the return shipment will be borne by the customer.

If an item is received defective or damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, we will issue the applicable refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
