Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your jewelry, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Custom-made or engraved pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged.
• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
